The Randolph Track Club invites you to their 43rd Annual Randolph Relays

DATE: Saturday, April 30, 2022

TIME: 9:00 a.m.

PLACE: Randolph High School

MILE SPLIT ENTRIES: Online Entry Due on: Thursday, April 28 at Midnight

The meet will be pre-seeded and we will not use cards for the RUNNING EVENTS. Please enter an accurate seed time for each individual race or relay you enter and the athletes (up to 6 for relays) you expect to run on the relay.

 Labels will be preprinted for FIELD EVENTS and then affixed to a card. In order for your field athlete to have a label, you must enter him/her in the event. Do not enter more than the number allowed in a field event for this competition.

 When you fill in the athletes for each event you are creating your TEAM ROSTER. Make sure you enter all the names of athletes competing that day.

All Field Events 3 Person

Shot Put----------------------------------boys & girls (2 SP Pits)

Discus------------------------------------boys & girls (2 D Pits)

Javelin------------------------------------boys & girls (2 J Pits)

High Jump-------------------------------boys & girls (2 HJ Pits)

Long Jump-------------------------------boys & girls (2 LJ/TJ Pits)

Triple Jump------------------------------boys & girls (2 LJ/TJ Pits)

Pole Vault--------------------------------boys & girls (2 PV Pits)

This will be a 2 Division Meet. All competition will be contested within one race or field event.

The computer will separate the teams into 2 Divisions.

MEET GUIDELINES:



N.J.S.I.A.A. rules will govern.

NFHS Rule 6-2-6 has been amended to prohibit athletes from running backwards or in the opposite direction (non-legal direction) during warm-ups on Horizontal jumps, pole vault and javelin runways.

FINISH LYNX TIMING SYSTEM will be used for all running events

Prizes: Medals to the first SIX finishers in each event and in each DIVISION. (Twelve sets of Medals)

PLAQUES to the best boys and girls teams in each Division.

PLAQUES to the winners of the Jack Webb Memorial Distance Medley. (one boys, one girls)



TEAM Scoring (6 PLACES): 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 - 1

Entry Fees: All Events $24.00 (running & field) ALL ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

MINIMUM ENTRY BOYS = $72.00

MINIMUM ENTRY GIRLS = $72.00

High Jump: Starting height boys = 5-2, 5-4, 5-6, 5-8, 5-10, 6-0, etc.

Starting height girls= 4-2, 4-4, 4-6, 4-8, 4-10, 5-0, etc.

Pole Vault: Boys starting height = 9-0, 10-0, 10-6, 11-0, 11-6, etc.

Girls starting height = 7-0, 8-0, 8-6, 9-0, 9-6, etc

Ties: We will ONLY break ties for FIRST PLACE (on total misses).

In the Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus, and Javelin each competitor will be given three (3) jumps or throws.

In the 400 meter hurdles, two teams will run against each other and the times of the three runners will be added together for a team score. EACH INDIVIDUAL TIME WILL BE POSTED WITH THE RESULTS.
