Location

*Holmdel Park is located minutes off of the Garden State Park in Holmdel, NJ. The Monmouth County Park System maintains the 500 acre park and the 5000 meter and 2 mile cross country courses. Both courses cover challenging hills and well maintained trails. The 5000 meter course features the infamous Bowl.

Races

• Varsity: There will be 6 Girls varsity races & 7 Boys varsity Races this year!

• Junior Varsity: There will be 5 JV boys and 3 JV girls races.

• Freshmen: there will be 3 frosh boys and 2 frosh girls races.

• Coaches race to fight against HUNGER (12:10PM)

Awards

• Team trophy for first place in each race

• Medals to top 35 in all races

• Medals to the top 3 teams in each race

Entries- MUST be completed ON-LINE- at nj.milesplit.com

• All on-line entries AND paper entry are due by 4PM @ Sunday September 26 !!

• After on-line-entry is complete-PLEASE-Print invoice and give to AD for payment

• ONLY those athletes entered on-line will be permitted to run

• NO athlete will be ADDED after the entry deadline or the day of the event

Entry Fees

•  per individual for all levels

• MAX per gender (for boys and girls teams)

NO BIKES in the park the day of the race....please!!
