Spike Policy: The only acceptable spikes allowed on the track surface are 1/4 inch pyramid spikes or 1/4 inch Christmas trees. No pin and needle spikes allowed.
Online Registration: All registered athletes must pay the $20 entry fee online in order to compete!
Event Information: Athletes may enter the building at their respective warm up time based on their flight. Athletes will have 20-30 minutes to warm up inside the building. Athletes will have 5-10 minutes of pre-competition run throughs.
Long Jump & Triple Jump Meet Schedule:
7:00-7:30- Flight 1 warm up
7:30-7:40- Flight 1 pre-competition run throughs
7:40-8:00- Flight 1 jumps
8:00-8:30- Flight 2 warm up
8:30-8:40- Flight 2 pre-competition run throughs
8:40-9:00- Flight 2 jumps
9:00-9:30- Flight 3 warm up
9:30-9:40- Flight 3 pre-competition run throughs
9:40-10:00- Flight 3 jumps
COVID-19 Information and Protocols
Please note that all information regarding our COVID-19 protocols may change at any time, as more information becomes available.
EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK WITHIN HIGH INTENSITY TRACK AT ALL TIMES. DURING COMPETITION ATHLETES MAY LOWER THEIR MASKS WHILE JUMPING, BUT MUST PULL THEM BACK UP AFTER EACH JUMP.
You will be denied entry if any of the following exists:
- You have experienced, or are currently experiencing, a fever, cough, or shortness of breath within the last 14 days.
- You have had close contact with an individual infected or suspected infection with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
- You are traveling from a state that isn't contiguous with New Jersey and haven't tested out of the quarantine guidelines.
Everyone must socially distance themselves and keep six (6) feet away from others inside the facility.
Hand sanitizers are available throughout the facility.
Once you are done competing, you'll be asked to collect your belongings and leave the facility
Facility Information
High Intensity Track is located at 461 US-46 Fairfield, NJ 07004. We are in the same strip mall as Planet Fitness. Upon entering the parking lot, drive around to the back of the building and go all the way down. We are located behind the blue door!
Each competitor will be permitted one (1) chaperone to accompany them inside High Intensity Track. All chaperones must wear a mask the entire time inside the facility.
Entry to the facility will be permitted 20-30 minutes prior to the athletes scheduled flight time.
