2020 HCTCA CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIP
Friday/Saturday, October 30th/31st @ Bayonne County Park RAIN OR SHINE!!
Entry Information:
Simply download your entire active girls and boys team that is running in this meet by the entry deadline
1. National Federation & NJSIAA Rules to govern this meet.
2. Competition in all Varsity & JV races is 5,000m
3. Freshman boys and girls race is 3200m.
4. Must enter a full varsity team (5) before entering any individuals in Jr. Varsity.
5. An athlete who competes on Friday, may NOT compete on Saturday.
6. Awards: Championship Plaque to Freshmen & Varsity Team winner Boys & Girls Team medals: Top 3 Freshman, Top 5 Varsity No medals will be given out in the chute (for sanitary reasons). Individual medals: Top 15 Freshmen, 25 Varsity and JV TBD start of race
ORDER OF EVENTS:
3:30 PM - FRESHMAN BOYS
4:00 PM - FRESHMAN GIRLS
4:20 PM - JR. VARSITY BOYS
5:00 PM - JR.VARSITY GIRLS
9:00 AM - VARSITY BOYS (Saturday)
10:25 AM - VARSITY GIRLS (Saturday)
IMPORTANT NOTES: There will be no race announcements. Teams are expected to be at the starting line & checked-in 10 minutes prior to the assigned start time above to give the clerk the team entry and number of runners scheduled to compete. The time schedule will be followed. We will not run ahead but we will not wait for anyone to check in. There are NO starting line assignments; first come first served. In the event of bad weather Order of Events may be changed.

Course Directions: Responsibility of every coach and athlete to know the course prior to the competition. There is no walk through either day of the meet.
