Your roster is to be entered/updated on NJ Milesplit by Noon of Tuesday October 13th. No exceptions !
Upon Arrival, only one Coach should report to the scoring trailer by the finish line
to pick up their race bibs (chips). There will be no changes made to rosters on
the day of competition. Your bus should not enter the park grounds until stated
time (one hour before race time). Even if it means waiting outside of the park boundaries. Please adhere to this.
Each school is only allowed to bring their 7 contestants (Maximum) on the bus
* There will be 2 athletic trainers on duty at these meets. Schools to bring their AED's and ice.

Colonial - 4:15 (Team may arrive no earlier than 3:15)
Meadowlands - 5:05 (team may arrive no earlier than 4:05)
Patriot - 5:45 (team may arrive no earlier than 4:45)

*NJIC Championship Medals to the first 3 teams in each varsity division.
*Individual NJIC Championship Medals to 1st-10th in each varsity division.
*Medals will NOT be given out at the meet. They will be delivered to the Athletic Directors in plastic zip lock bags. All of the plastic medal boxes will be wiped down with alcohol disinfectant before bagging.
This year only: NJIC "All-Division" Teams will be awarded by place in this meet.
1-10 First team; 11-19 Second Team; 20-28 Honorable mention
