DMR & SMR Relays are limited to 1 Team per school. We will notify you before entries close if your DMR projected time is significantly behind the rest of the field so you can move things around. You need to be in the sub 13 minute range on the boys side; and in the sub 15 minute range on the girls side.

Teams may list 6 athletes for running relays (2 alternates). We will not accept additional names on the day of the meet so take time with alternates. Field Event Relays = 2 person teams (A and B allowed; you can enter 6 names on Milesplit, scratching to 4 the day of meet; you must designate A and B teams to field event officials prior to start of event).
Order of Running Events (beginning at 12:30 p.m.)
4 x 55m shuttle hurdle relay
4 x 200m relay
4 x 800m relay
4 x 400m relay
Distance medley relay (1200-400-800-1600)
Sprint medley relay (200-200-400-800 for top 12 teams, then 400-200-200-800)
Long jump, triple jump, pole vault, and high jump will begin at around 1:00 p.m.
