Remember you need to make all roster changes at the "SEC Roster Collection Page" on Milesplit. Not here. In addition you need to Register your team on the SEC site, NOT here or on the Essex County Coaches website.
A copy of the entry info/directions is on Essex County Track Coaches website. You should be able to obtain a copy from your athletic director as well.
