Teams may list 8/relay for both A & B must scratch down to 4 per relay. Field Event Relays only 2 per relay.
Order of Running Events (beginning at 12:30 p.m.)
4 x 55m shuttle hurdle relay
4 x 200m relay
4 x 800m relay
4 x 400m relay
Distance medley relay (1200-400-800-1600)
Sprint medley relay (200-200-400-800 for top 12 teams, then 400-200-200-800)
Long jump, triple jump, pole vault, and high jump will begin at around 1:00 p.m.
