Attention Coaches
This will be a great indicator for your XC Teams. We will run heats of the 2 mile on the track using the seed times sent in so that all races are competitive and productive for each runner. Team Scores will be collected from the top 5 runners from each school and these will be submitted to the US Postal National list.
Order of Events: (All Races 2 miles on the track)
Heats will begin a 4:30 (we will run slow to fast)
Heat sheets will be emailed to all coaches the day before the race.
** Coaches need to send me a list of every runner with a seed time for every runner by Sept 7th . ** email me at metuchen2003@yahoo.com
