Please join us for a night of great competition!
The format of the meet has changed to fit the new needs of New Jersey coaches. We have focused on individual events so athletes can get an early season seed fully automated time for the state sectional meets.
We will keep the 4x100 meter and 4x800 meter relays for another chance at a seed time for MOC. We also will include the 800 meter sprint medley (to try a national meet qualifier) and the 4x100 meter thrower relay.
