From the NJSIAA:
Runners who have qualified for the 55 meter dash and 55 meter hurdles will be allowed to use starting blocks in these two events this weekend at the State Group Meets for both the trials and finals.
However, they are not to bring any starting blocks. All starting blocks will be supplied by the Bennett Center.
