In my first feature interview in November of 2010, Joe Lanzalotto and I spent about an hour with Kurt Wayton, the XC and Distance Coach at West Windsor-Plainsboro HS South (Princeton Jct.). It was insightful and entertaining to talk with a teacher/coach who truly seemed to "get it".
Four years later, Joe and I thought it would be interesting to revisit with Coach Wayton and see what has changed, or hasn't changed, with him as a coach and educator.
