Virginia has definitely had some dynasties in cross country. We've had teams nearly sweep a decade's worth of XC team titles and we've had quite a few teams make NXN and be untouchable on the state level. Out of all those teams on the guys' side we've only ever had one team to put six guys under 16:00 in a single year and that was the 2012 Chantilly team.
This holiday weekend quite a few athletes and over 30 teams will be hitting the hills for what should be an exciting meet both individually and on the team front.
