Fantastic Performances all around by New Jersey T&F

Here are some great results covering NJ Top 10s in main events from the rankings this week.

BOYS

 The Union Catholic boys have a US#1 4x400 time of 3:18.88! Awesome work Jordon Jimerson, Obafemi, Animashaun, Zach Ghizzone, and Taylor McLaughlin. Video of their fantastic race can be view right here.

If you ever played the amazing NBA Hang Time or Jam video game I think this is when the announcer would yell "HE'S ON FIRE!" The Union Catholic Boys move their previous 4x200m time of 1:30.55 a US#7 at the time, up to a US#3 with a time of 1:29.44! Only finishing behind Forest Park of VA at the meet who ran a US#1 1:28.25!

 The Pascack Valley and all of NJ stand out Ben Malone comes close to Robby Andrew's Meet Record of 2:22.28 at the NB Collegiate Invite but just falls short, he did run a US#8 all time with an awesome 2:25.82 however. Great job Ben. Chris Hatler of Pope John XXIII and Chris Marco of Toms River South both run personal bests in the 1000m and place well also. Hatler a 2:28.47 and Marco a 2:31.55.

 Rob Napolitano highlighted on his US#6, NJ#2 in this FB post below. That converts to a NJ#2 in the 1600m as well.

 

 

 West Windsor-Plainsboro South runs down a US#2 NJ#1 in 4x800m at NB Collegiate! Taking second with 7:49.70!

 Right behind West Windsor above CBA clocks a 7:53.46 NJ#3

 A little after Windsor South and CBA was Kingsway with a NJ#4 at 7:59.91

 Robbinsville's stand out pole vaulter vaults his way to a NJ#1 at the Mercer County Champs with a 16-0 vault. He's in a 4 way tie for the US#6 spot!

Trenton Central's Zyaire Clemes ran a NJ#1 US#7 in the 400m with a 48.68 and a NJ#2 in the 55m Hurdles with a 7.50!! All at Mercer County Champs!

 Chinedu Amonu of Ewing HS hit a 22.73 at the Mercer Co Champs. NJ#3 in 200m! He also doubled for a NJ#3 in the 400m!! With a 49.71!

 Hopewell Valley's William Gibson earned a PB and a NJ#2 in the 400m at the Mercer Co Champs with a 49.63!

 Keith Gandy vaults a NJ#6 and personal best at the Metro Invite on the 30th of January.

 Robert Laing NJ#5 in the 400m at Passaic County Champs with a 50.04h personal best.

 NJ#9 in the 4x800m from the Don Bosco boys at the Bergen County Relays this past Monday running an 8:09.80

 One more 4x800m for you, snagging the NJ#10 spot on Wednesday at the Metropolitan Invite were the Morristown boys with an 8:09.80

 Tyler Cooper sprinting a 6.55 (NJ#7) in the 55m for the win at the Essex County Champs.

 Metropolitan Invite produces another NJ Top 10, Jared Athias of Cherry Hill East jumps to tie the NJ#3 height of 6-6 in the High Jump. Congrats on the Personal Best man. There is in a 6 way tie right now. 

 Columbia gets a 3:29.10 NJ#9 in the 4x800m at the Essex County Boys Championships.

 Edward Cheserek won every event in his triple! At the Essex Co. Champs he took gold in the 800m (1:59.31 NJ#16), the 1600m (4:29.17), and the 3200m (10:07.59), he has faster times this season but the triple win still worth the post.

 Clay Austin of Seton Hall Prep hits a 22.74h at the Metro Invite. NJ#4 in 200m!

 Karl Cajuste of West Orange HS hits a 22.74h at the Metro Invite. NJ#5 in 200m! 

 Josiah Hanko of Tinity Christian School runa 4:21.70 for a NJ#6! So close to his PB. At the Metro Invite.

 Nigel Burgess of Passaic Co V/T ran a 50.44h at Passaic County Champs for a NJ#8 and a PB

 Kevin Barry of Cherry Hill East had a NJ#10 at the Metro Invite clocking a 22.94h personal best.

 Bill Dolan of Clearview Reg has a NJ#10 in the 1600m running a personal best 4:23.90 at the SJTCA Meet#5.

GIRLS

 The Lenape girls continue piling on the NJ National Rankings hitting a 9:09.03 for a US#1! Congratulations girls at the New Balance Collegiate Invite.

 Last week the Columbia girls hit a US#2 time of 4:03.22 in the Sprint Medley during the New Balance games and Olivia Baker ran a US# 1 in the 400m at 55.02! Well this week they are hogging the spotlight again since they ripped a US#1 in the 4x400m, a 3:47.58! At the NB Collegiate Invite.

Awesome work girls, we're all excited to see how far this success goes later in the season! Keep it up!

 Olivia Baker of Columbia triples! A triple isn't that big of news.. UNLESS YOU WIN all three races. She took gold in the 200m with a 25.83 a NJ#3, 400m with a 57.24 (Which would be a NJ#1 but she already ran a 55.02 this season!), and finally with a win in the 800m running a NJ#5 time of 2:17.59.

Along with Olivia her teammate Cheyenne Trigg hit a personal best 59.08 for NJ#9

 Nice 11-0 Pole Vault for a tie at NJ#2 this week at the Bergen County Relays by Angel Fluet of The Pingry School!

 Hunterdon Central's Joanna Moore clocked a NJ#2 and US#6 in the 55 Hurdles at the Poreda Invite!!

 Carrie Wasdyke of Jefferson Twn bombed a 41-7.25 for a NJ#1 to win the Randolph Shot Put Invitational! 

 Iana Amsterdam! An NJ#2 AND NJ#4 at one meet! A 7.22 for first place at Essex County Champs in the 55m, an NJ#2! A 25.93 in the 200m for NJ#4, second to only Olivia Baker of Columbia at that meet. 

 West Windsor-Plainsboro North's Pati Dziekonska hits a NJ#3 in the 55 Hurdles, 8.24, at the Mercer County Champs.

 Julia Ashley of Verona HS ran a personal best 58.49 in the 400m good for a NJ#4!

 NJ#3 4x200m at the Metropolitan Invite in 1:44.75!

 Scoth Plains-Fanwood had a NJ#6 performance at the Metro Invite! A 1:47.10 in the 4x200m

 Washington Twn's Lexie Fraction ran an 8.45 NJ#10 in the 55 Hurdles at the SJTCA Meet #5, congrats on the PB Lexie!

 Another SJTCA meet peformance sits at #5 thanks to Ronetta Hunter of Burlington Twp who tossed a 39-1.25

 South Brunswick girls clock a 1:47.52 in the 4x200m at the Poreda Invite.

 Amanda Corbosiero of Mount Saint Dominic gets herself a a 2:18 in the 800m for a NJ#8

 Delsea Reg's Celine Mazzi ran a 2:18.02 for a NJ#9 at the SJTCA Meet#5
