NJRunners is on site today at the 16th Annual Cherokee Challenge. The meet starts at 9:00 with the middle school races and continues class by class to the Senior race at noon. We will try to update often. Keep coming back for results, photos and lots of other stuff

Middle School races are done. Frosh Girls are up next. Looks like the rain forecast for today is going hold off for a while.

Tatnall (De) goes 1-2 in the girls race. And the Boys winner is also from Tatnall.
With approx. 800 to go, Luke Dermody (Hightstown) holds a sizeable lead in the Soph Boys race.
Unless something drastic happens, Tatnall will go 1-2-3 in the Jr. Girls race.
In his first ever XC race, Sean Wilson off host Cherokee wins the Jr. Boys race 9:52.46. Wilson was a socce player until this year.
In the Sr. Girls race, Megan Lacy wins by about 10 meters over Holly Bischof of Bishop Eustace

It looks like Sean Wilson's debut time will hold up as the fastest time of the day.
Team scoring will also be provided.
