With the exception of , MAYBE, Christmas, the NJ State Meets (All 3 seasons) and my wedding anniversary, The Penn Relays Carnival is the most exciting wekend in Track & Field. The HS action starts with the Girls 400m Hurdles this morning and continues through the finale on Saturday.

Visit us throughout the weekend as NJRunners and the MileSplit network blankets historic Franklin Field with coverage.
