
Using these polls, we highlight some of the top performances of the past week in New Jersey track and field action! Who do you think was the best of the best?
Last Week's Winner: Erika Gargano of NV Demarest brought in 55% of the votes to win last week's poll. She made 19-2.5 for NJ No. 1 in the long jump and 38-1.5 NJ No. 2 in the triple jump at HH's Penn Relay Field Event Qualifier. She followed that up this past week by leading two events at Bergen County Relays, including high jump, 5-2, and long jump 19-2.5, as well as a second-place finish in the triple jump at 33-11.75.
Polls will close Thursday at 8:00 PM ET.
- Taylor Cox of Union Catholic clocked 13.35 (1.8) NJ No. 1 at the Arcadia Invitational.
- Liliah Gordon of Northern Burlington ran 10:25.86 NJ No. 1 at Cherokee Night Racer #1.
- Paige Sheppard of Union Catholic ran 4:43.61 NJ No. 1 at the Arcadia Invitational.
- Maya Wyche of Union Catholic, a freshman, ran 24.76 (1.1) at Arcadia Invitational.
- Caroline Ferguson of Trinity Hall 2:21.24 NJ No. 1 in the 800m to win A-Central Division.
- Leah Starkey of Ocean Township won the 1600m at 4:57.71, the 3200m at 11:04.73, and was second in the 800m 2:21.97 at B-North Divisional Championships.
- Tessa Hughes of Peddie School won the 300H with a 47.16 at Hill Relays.
- Riley Brazier of Toms River North won four events, 127-10 in javelin, 34-5.5 in the triple jump, 16-1 in the long jump, and 16.69 in the 100H at A-South Divisional Championships.
- Egypt Bolan of Lindenwold cleared 5-4 to tie for NJ No. 1 at Lenape Girls Invitational.
