Last Week's Winner: Julian Canon of Memorial WNY brought in 47% of the votes in last week's poll after a close battle with Tommy O'Brien's voters (46%). Canon was nominated for the poll after winning the North Hudson Championships with a time of 15:40. He followed that up this week by winning the Hudson County Championships running even faster at 15:23, helping his team to a third-place finish overall. He was second and sixth at these meets a year ago as a sophomore.
Coming up for the Memorial WNY junior? He'll be at NJSIAA North 1 Group 4 Sectional Championships, where he finished sixth last fall.
