We've run the 5K merge, now let's take a look at the freshmen two-mile teams from the Shore Coaches Invitational! There were 270 individuals recorded between the two girls' freshmen races on Saturday and 19 teams who scored.
The fastest individual between the two freshmen races was Sienna Nicholson of Colts Neck HS, she clocked a 13:09 and was the top performer by 10 seconds! Siena Rivera of Hightstown was second in that same race at 13:19, the second fastest overall as well.
The Lawrenceville School led the team merge with 62 points, Cherry Hill East was second with 95, and Westfield and Hillsborough third and fourth with 98 and 99 points.
Lawrenceville School averaged 14:44.8 and split 1:46 between their top five. They were led up front by Gigi Aitken-Davies, the fifth fastest of the day, at 13:48, as well as Yasmin Willie, who was seventh fastest on the day at 14:00.
