We take a look at the most improved performances from the Battle at Ocean County Park for athletes who competed in both 2024 and 2023.

While several athletes competed for the first time at the Battle at OCP there were also several major improvers year over year back at one of the quickest courses on the fall calendar.

Megan Albanowicz of Brick Memorial dropped two minutes and five seconds from this meet last year and was the 16th fastest runner in the merge for 2024 with her new course PR of 19:20!

Ava Neretic of West Orange, the 14th fastest on Friday at OCP, improved by a minute and 14 seconds year over year to run 19:18.
