Derryk Sellers of the NJSIAA announced Friday afternoon that the start times for both of the Saturday public school state championship meets are delayed.
Both meets remain on Saturday, February 17th, however the Groups 1 and 4 will now start at 12:30pm ET and Groups 2 and 3 will now start at 6:00pm ET.
The new official schedule
- 2/16 - Friday - 4:15pm - Non-Public A & B
- 2/17 - Saturday - 12:30pm - Groups 1 & 4
- 2/17 - Saturday - 6:00pm - Groups 2 & 3

In Sellers' email out to the school Athletic Directors:
"Due to the predicted inclement weather overnight, the start times of the winter track & field public state championships will be pushed back."
"Please do not arrive before 11:00am - Toms River school district is not permitting anyone to enter the parking lots or facility prior to 11:00am."
