The NJSIAA Group State Championships have arrived for indoor 2024! They will be held at the Rothman Orthopaedics Sports Complex "The Bubble" in Toms River, NJ.
If the great battles and performances we saw at Sectionals have any foreshadowing for this weekend then this is going to be some can't miss track and field.
NEWS: Saturday's Public Groups Start Times Delayed
NJ MileSplit will be on site at every meet livestreaming the track and recording field events for upload. Photographers will also be on site and we'll be highlighting the action and championships after each meet.

Advancement & Awards
How To Advance to MOCs
- Auto-Advancement: Top 3 finish in your event in your Group. All ties for third will advance.
- Wild Card Advancement: Top 12 performances from all Groups combined who did not advance automatically will advance to the Meet of Champions. Note: 55m, 55H, and Shot Put will only look at performances from the finals.
- Showcase Events: Top 24 ranked entries on the NJSIAA Meet of Champions page will be accepted for the Showcase Long Jump, Triple Jump, 4x800m, and 200m events.
A reminder to coaches with State Championship winning athletes, you can improve an athletes seed with a verified previous indoor 2024 performance for the Meet of Champions if filed promptly with the NJSIAA. (Working on official deadline for this)
Awards at Group Championships
- Trophy and 35 certificates for the 1st place team in each Group Championship.
- Medals to the top six (6) places in each event.

Note that Virtual meets default to scoring top eight.. so if you paste these numbers below into the Individual and Relay Event Scoring fields (located at bottom on mobile, right side on desktop) you will see NJSIAA top six scoring.
