Each week this season MileSplit will look over the previous seven days of results and pick out eight athletes to honor as Athletes of the Week for the boys and girls events. You, the viewers, will then vote between them to declare the overall Athlete of the Week.

Nominee Highlights
- Collin Boler of Delbarton ran a NJ No. 4 all-time 8:47.85 in the 3,200 at the Arcadia Invitational
- Benjamin Shue of Bergen Catholic unloaded a 63-5.50 to win the shot put and placed third in the discus with a 187-2 at the Arcadia Invitational. Both marks are NJ No. 1.
- Ahmad Fogg of Egg Harbor Twp soared 44-1.75 in the triple jump at the Deptford Relays
- Charles Henne of Chatham ran a NJ No. 1 1:54.39 in the 800 at the Arcadia Invitational
- Alexander Sadikov of Ocean Township ran a NJ No. 1 time of 54.12 in the 400 hurdles at the Rocket Relays
- Liam Paneque of Demarest went 22-10 in the long jump at the Penn Relays Qualifier at Hasbrouck Heights
- Sean Coll of Bergen Catholic won the javelin with an NJ No. 1 175-9 at the Penn Relays Qualifier at Hasbrouck Heights
- Mawali Osunniyi of Mainland grabbed the state lead in the high jump by clearing 6-6 at the Bridgeton Relays

- Layla Giordano of Old Tappan unloaded NJ No. 1 throws of 146-9 in the discus and 43-4 in the shot put at the Penn Relays Qualifier at Hasbrouck Heights
- Leah Howard of Millville sent the javelin soaring a NJ No. 1 146-2 at the Deptford Relays
- Adannia Agbo of Morris Hills soared a NJ No. 1 37-11.75 in the triple jump at the Summit Relays
- Rhianna Scott of Lawrenceville School ran a NJ No. 1 58.74 to win the 400 in a dual meet vs. the Hill School
- Jaydeen Batchelor of Hillside ran a NJ No. 1 12.35 in the 100 dash at the Rising Stars Invitational at Rahway
- Alexandra Samperi of Hasbrouck Heights won the long jump with a NJ No. 1 mark of 19-0 at the Penn Relays Qualifier at Hasbrouck Heights
- Maddie Scheier of Somerville ran a NJ No.1 5:13.51 in the 1,600 at the Summit Relays
- Sofia Swindell of Lawrenceville School won the 200 in 25.39 and the 100 hurdles in 15.27 in a dual meet vs the Hill School
