One of the biggest eye-popping performances was delivered by the East Brunswick boys, who burned a 41.88 to win the 4x100-meter relay, which took down the Middlesex County record and is the fastest time in the state so far this season. No other team in the state has go under 43.00 in the 4x100 this season.
East Brunswick's foursome of senior James Sparrow, senior Chris Serrao, junior Aiden Baldelli, and senior Jayden Phillip combined to break the Middlesex county mark of 41.92 that was set when Perth Amboy placed fourth at the 2017 Meet of Champions.
