Ajanae Thompson of Union Catholic ran a NJ No. 1 time of 8.14 to win the hurdles, and was second in a NJ No. 3 7.20 in the 55 dash at the Purple Champions Invitational 57% (1,788 votes)
Lilly Shapiro of Colts Neck ran a NJ No. 2 All-Time and US No. 4 4:45.39 at the Valentine’s Invitational in Boston, and won the 800 at the Purple Champions Invit. in New York in 2:10.11, the second fastest time in the state this season. 26.43% (829 votes)
Nicole Clifford won the 800 (2:18.87), the 1,600 (a meet record 4:58.69), the 3,200 (11:15.18) and anchored the winning 4x400 to lead Cherokee to its first South Jersey, Group 4 title. 5.51% (173 votes)
