The Shore Coaches Qualifying Series continues this weekend with the distance portion of the schedule. NJ MileSplit is streaming LIVE from every Shore Track Coaches Association qualifier at the Toms River Bubble as well as the overall championship.

The distance qualifiers will run March 12th through 14th, and the Shore Coaches Championship will be held on March 27th. We already covered the Sprints and Hurdles Qualifiers last weekend, check out the coverage.

Some information on the series and how it will work. For each meet schools are permitted to bring up to eight athletes and athletes are only allowed to compete in one event. No team scoring will take place. The sprint and hurdle qualifiers was F.A.T., the distance will all be hand timed, and the overall championship will use F.A.T. provided by the Bubble timers.
For the track events the winner of each event within each pod automatically qualifies for the Championship meet regardless of time. There will also be six wildcards from all the pods combined who will qualify for the championship meet. Ties will not be broken.
