There are some amazing things going on at the local levels around the State of New Jersey and we want to make sure they are being recognized.
Coaches if you have an athlete, or relay team, make an outstanding performance feel free to fill out this form and we'll post them to a weekly 'Shout Out' article. This is also a good place for school/meet/county records as well. You can even use it as your own team's athlete of the week for example, this does not have to be a NJ#1 time or US leading mark.
Each week the deadline to submit for that week will be Sunday night or latest Monday morning, we'll release the article every Monday as long as there is interest.
Thanks for helping us make sure the athletes are getting some spotlight for their performances! This will also help us in our search for features and so on.

NOTE: Please keep your shoutouts informative but to the point to save length, one boys and girls shout out from each school in separate submissions, be aware your shoutout will be copy pasted to the article after review. This form should only be filled out by the high school's coaches. Shoutouts are subject to edits if necessary.
Though not necessary, if you have a photo or video to share you can send it to rkellert@milesplit.com (please include the name of who actually took the photo, and videos will be posted as long as there isn't a video rights issue from that meet).
