Sincere Rhea of St. Augustine keeps getting closer and closer to the NJ state record in the 110-meter hurdles.

The Penn State-bound Rhea made a huge jump up on the NJ All-Time list when he blasted a US#1 13.52, which is ties him for No. 3 in NJ history, to finish first and smash the meet record in the 110m hurdles at the 52nd Glenn D. Loucks Games on Saturday in White Plains, N.Y.

There was a 3.1 meters per second wind-reading, so Rhea's time is wind-aided. Anything over 2.0 is wind-aided.

Rhea. who ran 13.81 in the trials, had a previous PR of 13.68, which he ran earlier this month in the trials of the South Jersey Invitational at Delsea.

The only hurdlers in state history to run a faster automatic time than Rhea, the New Balance Indoor National 60-meter hurdles champ this past March, are Danyne Brown of Camden (13.43 in 1999) and Cory Poole of East Orange Campus, 2017.
