Apparently one US#1 time wasn't enough for them. Just a week after their 4x800m squad ran a Nation leading time of 7:47.60 at NJCTC Relays on December 28th, the St. Benedict's Prep boys hit a 3:33.46 for the Sprint Medley Relay at Ocean Breeze during the Essex County Relay Championships.
They also ran a NJ#1 US#3 4x400m relay with a time of 3:22.76. This was all en route to winning the team title. The West Orange girls who had great performances in the 4x200m, 4x4, shot put and more repeated as team champions as well. Check out the National Elite Standard performances below.
