Group 1 Boys - Through 9 of 9 Events - Willingboro 52, McNair Academic 28, Woodstown 26.
Group 1 Girls - Through 9 of 9 Events - Mountain Lakes 44, Metuchen 27, A.P. Schalick 27.
Distance Medley Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - McNair Academic won with room to spare at 10:41.91 NJ#10 this season, Whippany Park second 10:56.15.
Girls - Mountain Lakes way ahead of the field finished at 12:48.88 broke top 20 in the state rankings, second place was Metuchen 13:17.72.
Shuttle Hurdle Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - Willingboro torched the field with a 31.21, NJ#6 this season. Second A.P. Schalick 33.16.
Girls - Glen Rock ran 34.85 for the win, Wallkill Valley second at 35.71.
4x200 Meter Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - Willingboro earns their second straight gold on the track with a 1:33.41, a Group 1 meet record. Second place was Woodstown with 1:35.83. The old meet record was held by Haddon Heights with a 1:33.87 from 2013.
Girls - The Willingboro girls make it a 4x200 sweep! They win with a time of 1:49.29 and North Star Academy right behind finishing second with a 1:49.57.
4x800 Meter Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - The same McNair Academic that won the DMR earlier came back to dominate the 4x800 meter as well running 8:09.17 NJ#7. Shore Regional placed second 8:15.44.
Girls - Mountain Lakes girls continue the distance dominance winning with a time of 10:03.87. Second was Metuchen 10:14.54.
Sprint Medley Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - New Providence wins it with a 3:43.40, Science Park second 3:46.01.
Girls - Mountain Lakes gets a very important win to take over the lead in the points with one event to go. They ran 4:19.39 NJ#8. Hawthorne was second at 4:31.28.
4x400 Meter - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - Willingboro putting the icing on the cake with a 3:31.74 run. McNair Academic second 3:33.44.
Girls - Mountain Lakes out of the second to last heat! Clinching their state title with a 4:11.94. Second was Audubon 4:13.25.
Shot Put - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - Saddle Brook threw for a total of 96-10 to win, Giovannie Gutierrez 58-07.25 led the meet and teammate Drew Karaway was 22nd overall 38-02.75. Gutierrez is already ranked NJ#2 US#13 this season with a 58-07.5.
Girls - A.P. Schalick won with a 73-06 total. Zyra Thomas threw 41-03, the best throw of the meet and teammate Camryn Castellini sixth 32-03.
High Jump - Boys / Girls Rankings
Boys - Willingboro 11-10 total takes the relay win, Rico Patterson 6-00 and O'Ryan Turner 5-10. Best jump of the day went to LeAndre McFarlande of Science Park 6-02.
Girls - Willingboro sweeps another event with the girls and boys winning. This time the girls totaled 9-10, Kenady Wilson 5-00 and Donyae Shelton 4-10.
Boys - Woodstown wins with a total height of 22-06, Shane Lister 11-06 and Spencer Reese 11-00. Best vault of the meet goes to Steven Vandermeer of Gateway at 12-06, Cheney Price of New Providence also cleared that height.
Girls - Metuchen gets themselves ten points with a 16-00 total height, Jessica Harding 8-00 and Sophie Rubin 8-00. The best vault was Francesca Kaspar of Whippany Park at 8-06.
