Last fall definitely earned Alyssa Aldridge the #1 preseason spot here. Seven straight invitational wins during the regular and state New Jersey season including the Meet of Champions where she ran 18:07. The fastest Holmdel returner from 2015.

A name everyone who follows New Jersey cross country should know. The winner of the Meet of Champions as a freshman in 2013 when she ran 17:45. Three time MOCs winner on the track in the 1600m with a PR of 4:45.97. Now heading into her senior year Gess is a seasoned veteran and an absolute contender.

After a very successful freshman and sophomore year Goria now enters 2016 as an upperclassman. She was ninth at last fall's MOCs running 18:40 and made top six appearances at MOCs during both indoor and outdoor in the 3200m.

Olympia Martin had a fantastic 2015 cross campaign. She earned second at Bergen County MOCs, won a Group 4 state title and surging to a second place finish at MOCs running 18:25.

Loveys is the 7th fastest returner from last season with her freshman Holmdel time of 18:52. She was ninth at MOCs last fall. Continuing to improve she also made MOCs appearances in both indoor and outdoor on the track.

Kroepfl saw some great improvement last year with an eighth place finish at the Meet of Champions running a Holmdel PR of 18:38. She also had a 9th place finish in the indoor 3200m at MOCs.

Honrath ran seventh in last fall's MOCs running a Holmdel PR of 18:34. She returned to MOCs in both indoor and outdoor for the 3200m.

Niamh Hayes is the eighth fastest returner at Holmdel with her time of 18:57 at Group Championships. She placed fifth at outdoor MOCs with 10:37.72 in the 3200m.

Mullarkey was 15th at last year's MOCs running 19:02 as a sophomore. She is the 11th fastest returner at Holmdel.

Bonner is the ninth fastest returner from last year with her 18:59 during Groups. She placed ninth during the indoor MOCs 1600m running 5:07.05.

Hannah Cella ranks 10th among Holmdel Park returners. She ran 19:00 at the Meet of Champions for 14th.

Piccinic, only a junior this season, placed 18th at last year's MOCs running 19:12. During this past spring she advanced to and placed eighth at MOCs for the 1600m with a 5:03.

Anna George had a very impressive freshman season placing 39th at MOCs in cross. She also made it to MOCs for outdoor in two events the 800m and 1600m. Placing seventh with a 5:02 for the 1600m.

Delidow missed out on MOCs last fall but don't let that throw you off. She has a proven track record and made it to MOCs in both indoor and outdoor last season including a top ten for the 1600m running 4:58.

Mulch is heading into her junior season. As a sophomore and during her first career cross season she placed 26th at MOCs running 19:22. During indoor she placed sixth at MOCs in the 800m with a 2:17.

Condell had her first cross MOCs appearance last fall. During indoor and outdoor she had successful runs in the 3200m making it to the Meet of Champions both seasons with top ten finishes.

20th at last fall's Meet of Champions with a Holmdel PR of 19:16. She is the 14th fastest returner at the state course.

She is the 16th fastest returning at Holmdel Park. Her time of 19:20 came during a 22nd place finish at the Meet of Champions.

Coppolino had a huge improvement on the track this past outdoor seeing almost a minute PR boost in the 3200m. She placed 10th at MOCs with a 10:54. I see some big improvements on the way for her junior season.

Bains was 35th at last year's MOCs running a Holmdel PR of 19:35. She went on to see a jump in her 3200m and 1600m performance on the track as well making it to MOCs in both events.

These lists are subjective and the following references, along with my own knowlegde, were used as aids in the decision making: Holmdel times, MOCs and Group places and times, track season improvements / rankings, and the good old gut.
