The Weequahic boys ran 29.77 on Saturday at the Boo Williams Indoor Track and Field Showcase in Hampton, VA. The team consisting of Isaiah Green, Stephan Hughes, James Jean, and Ihmir Marsette set the US#1 time.
Their only other competition in the race was Great Bridge HS of Virginia who ran 31.13.
At this same meet Weequahic took third in the 4x200 meter relay running 1:32.28. Ihmir Marsette also took third in the 60 meter hurdles running 8.32 in the finals, in fact all four of the shuttle athletes ran in the open 60 meter hurdles as well seen in the Weequahic meet report below.
