Week 4 of the 2013 XC season closes out not only the the first month of the campaign, but also leads us to the symbolic "Mid term Exam", The Shore Coaches Invitational on Saturday 10/5. See who got through the Class races, Shoot Outs and other early season events as the TOP TEN Girls HS Cross Country teams in the Garden State.

Athlete of the Week:
Grace Dwyer (Nottingham HS '16) - The diminutive, but tough as nails, soph took on Bowdoin Park, home of the NXN Northeast Regional qualifier and came away with a convincing win in her division and the top time of day (18:48)
