  • Ever since Devin Hart's magical outdoor track run in the 3200m last spring, when he went undefeated through MOCs as a sophomore, he's been pegged as a favorite to win the cross country state title. To add to that pressure he has placed a hefty time goal on himself as well, to join the sub-15:20 club. He moved to #20 all-time at Groups when he ran 15:34, will we see him drop even lower this week?
  • We could see multiple teams place two athletes in the top ten this week. CBA will have to bring their A game on Saturday with the way Kingsway ran at Groups, both now tied for first in the state rankings poll, and with that we could see both Brian Hill and Ryan Miele within the first ten sticks. Mendham ran hard to win their Group 3 title at Group Champs and their strong front attack made up of Jack Stanley and Jack Jennings could also break the top ten together.
  • There are honestly quite a few names not listed here with the right to be on this board, will be fun to see who pops out of the woods first coming down the final stretch at Holmdel Park.
