What to Watch!
Last week Jake Konig wowed the crowed with a huge kick over Aaron Groff to win the Group 4 3200m title running 9:15.49. That is NJ#1 so far this season. Along with those two we've got some major talent here with anyone in this top 16 having the potential to be a possible winner.

I see Aaron Groff expecting Konig's masterful kick this time around and using his extra experience to get the job done this week. Winning time of 9:13 low.
