The Christian Brothers may not of had the super dominant weekend we are used to seeing but that does nothing to change the fact that they are THE lone NJ#1 team. They took fourth in the heavily talented Eastern States race with an average of 13:01 on the 2.5 mile Van Cortlandt course.

The Voorhees boys shot up the rankings to third in week 5 thanks to a fantastic performance at the Shore Coaches Invite. This week they flexed their muscle at another meet winning the Fall Classic on Saturday at Thompson Park with an average of 16:37 and only 38 points. Let's see if they can hold this NJ#2 position.

Watch out for the Haddonfield Memorial boys!  A solid performance a few weeks ago at Bowdoin and now a Varsity A championship at the Manhattan Invitational. Not to mention they had the second best team performance among NJ squads at the meet! Including a 13:08 average.

The Cherry Hill East boys had an awesome meet as well at Manhattan over the weekend. Fifth in the stacked Eastern States race with a team average of 13:04 over 2.5 miles. Frankly they could have been higher on this list, we just have a lot of talent at the top. I feel that they will be demonstrating why they belong in the top three or higher over the rest of the season.

We hadn't seen Don Bosco since their great performance at the Bowdoin Classic. This week they placed 10th in the Eastern States race with an average of 13:16. They also ranked fourth in the NJ Varsity merge from Manhattan. They may have fell in the rankings this week but don't get used to it, one solid meet will send them back to the top.

No Race for Varsity

The Kingsway boys keep the ball rolling with a 45 point win at the SJ Open. A 16:19 team average led by a 15:43 thanks to Noah Culbreath. After finding their feet with a young and fresh faced squad Kingsway has started clicking together as a team week in and week out. Momentum is definitely gathering speed for these boys.

Summit posted a victory in the Varsity C race at Manhattan with a team average of 13:28. They also ranked fifth in the NJ Varsity Merge. They hold their NJ#8 position this week. A team that could be dangerous down the stretch.

Highland Regional won the Varsity G race at Manhattan posting a team average of 13:33. That average was helped by an awesome 12:58 run by Joshua Clark, the 11th best NJ performance of the meet.
