Burlington County XC Open 2026

MEET INFORMATION AND ENTRY FORM

• The address to the park is as followed; 2401 Axe Factory Rd, Bordentown, NJ 08505
• When you show up, the bus can drop off at the gazebo and turn around at the circle at the end of the parking lot.
• The bus should then park across the street from the Burlington County Fairgrounds. Buses cannot park on the grass there. We want to have as much parking as we possibly can at Crystal Lake. The address for that is; 1971 Jacksonville Jobstown Rd, Columbus, NJ 08022
• There is some regular parking spots that will be held for officials, coaches, or even handicap. We will be parking most vehicles for spectators along the gravel road that leads into the park.
• Camp should only be set up in the field surrounding the gazebo but please not under the gazebo. That will be used for coaches, officials, and awards. You can bring tents and tarps. There are even a few picnic tables around.
• The course map is attached. We will have a coaches meeting early on to address a few things. For those who expressed their concerns to us about some of the small areas of instability on the course, that was addressed last week, and it will be getting mowed this week, so the course should be pristine by the time we race. The county park system is really excited we are using them and so they are willing to work on anything that needs addressing!
• The course is pretty spread out. There is a blacktop bike path right through the middle of the course/park that the kids really don't run on at all. My suggestion as a coach, I would suggest bringing a bike, It would be a great way, as a coach, to get from one checkpoint to the next. Saves you the stress! The course is still coachable by foot though if you choose that.
• **VERY IMPORTANT** We ask that during bus drop off, you keep your kids away from the starting line. Kids can head over to the starting line up to 15 min before, but no earlier.
