ENTRIES: Unlimited entries for the JV Race. You are permitted to enter up to 10 runners per team into the Varsity Race. Entries due on Milesplit by Friday, September 11, 2026 at 7:00pm. We are asking for entries in the races to get an idea about numbers for each race, but you can change your athletes around up to race time. For example, you can move someone from varsity to JV if needed up to the day of the race.
LOCATION: Start and finish at the Stockton University Intramural Fields off Pomona Road. Address: 238 Pomona Road, Pomona, NJ
COURSE: We will start and finish at the Intramural Fields located off Pomona Road near our Baseball/Softball fields. The surface will be grass, dirt roads, and wooded trails. The course is a flat, fast course consisting of a large
loop on trails and a short loop around the Intramural Field.
PARKING: Bus Parking for the Event will be at the Baseball/Softball Fields along Pomona Road. Buses can drop off athletes and equipment near the Finish Line, and park at the Baseball and Softball fields. Spectators will be able to near the Finish Line-first comes first serve. Overflow spectator parking is in Lot 9 and Lot 8. We will send you a plan for buses to pull in near the finish line, drop off, and move towards parking in Lot 9.
FACILITIES: There will be portable bathrooms available at the Intramural Fields.
AWARDS: Top 10 Individuals in each race (Frosh, JV and Varsity) will receive Medals. The Top 3 teams in both Varsity races will receive a plaque.
