No changes in the four names will be allowed at the meet! The SEC Executive Committee addressed the proposal to count team scoring for the Pole Vault regardless of the number of schools competing.Their decision is to keep the rules as is, with a minimum of five teams required to be competing per division, per gender to score team points.

LIMITED ENTRIES:
Schools will be allowed a maximum of three competitors per event and one 1600 meter relay team per school on the day of competition.
Running Events:
Coaches can enter only 4 athletes per event in individual events, and 8 athletes per relay.
Coaches MUST scratch down to the 4 athletes per relay, prior to the clerks declaring the event closed for seeding purposes.
NO athlete may compete in Varsity Events and run on a Novice Relay, and vice versa! Penalty - Disqualification of the athlete from their Varsity Events and Disqualification of the Novice Relay team that the athlete competed on.
The purpose of the Novice Events is two fold. First we are attempting to give those who would not otherwise compete in this meet an opportunity to run at a quality venue. The other purpose is to give the varsity athletes a "spacer"to gain rest time in-between events.
Field Events:
Pole Vault Coaches will receive, according to their entry, up to 3 labels. Coaches will need to affix the labels on the three cards of those competing. The card must be completed and signed by the coach before the athletes report to the event venue. Shot Put and High Jump will be done off of sheets. Again, only three competitors, per school, can compete on meet day!
Note: There are no entry fees for Super Essex Conference teams in good standing.
