4PM Start for track and field

ORDER OF EVENTS:

400m dash (3 per gender- boys first)

1600m run (boys) (3)

55m Hurdle Trials (3 per gender- boys first)

1600m run (girls) (3 per gender)

55m hurdle finals (girls first) *Blocks may be used in finals only* (the bubbles blocks only)

800m run (boys) (3)

55m dash Trials (3 per gender- boys first)

800m run (girls) (3)

55 meter dash finals *Blocks may be used in finals only* (the bubbles blocks only) (boys first)

3200m run (boys) (3)

3200m run (girls) (3)

4x400m relay (1 per gender) (boys first)

Pole Vault - Starting Height- Girls- 60; Boys 70 (6 progression) (3 per gender)

High Jump- Starting Height- Girls- 40; Boys 50 (2 progression) (3 per gender)

Long Jump- 3 per gender

Shot Put (combine both Olympic Conference and TCC-separate awards) (3 per gender) 

**The shot will have 2 finals.... one for the Olympic Conf and one for the Tri County Conf

*Shots must be soft shots.  Schools should bring their own shot puts to the meet.
