Running-

100m Hurdles - Final on time

100m - Trials

1600m Girls

100m - Finals

1600m Boys

Field-

Long Jump - Open Pit - 3:30-4:45

Disc - 3:30 Boys then Girls

Shot Put - 3:30 Girls then Boys

High Jump - 4:30 - bar opens at 3'6"

Teams:

-3 entries max per event per gender

-4 events max per athlete (any combination)

-Only 1 seeded 4x100m relay per gender per team

-An additional non-scoring 4x100m is scheduled if needed

-3 jumps and 3 throws in field events

-Shot put - 6lbs girls, 8lbs boys

-High Jump will rise at 2" intervals until 4' - then 3" intervals

Coaches- please enter all your athletes into the single roster Collection event. When you arrive at the meet - you will be provided with stickers and a competitor number list. Use the stickers for the running events, and give the field official the athletes name and competitor number for entry in a field event. 

There is a maximum of FOUR events per athlete for this meet!!!
