The hammer throw will be on Saturday June 21, and all other events will be on Sunday June 22.
Events for all ages; scoring (top 8) for club teams; overall and individual event prize money; and a fun day for all.
We welcome high school students looking to extend their season another week or get an opportunity to compete at a collegiate facility. We welcome middle school and youth athletes to compete in events that are open to them. And we welcome college, post-collegiate, masters and elite athletes to be a part of a great NJ track & field tradition!
This is the 38th year of the NJ International Meet, and the third year that we will be honoring meet co-founder, award-winning journalist and Olympian Elliott Denman.
Youth and high school events include the 100, 400, 1600 and long jump.
We will have a "Community 1 Mile Stroll," open to all, that participants can walk, jog or run, with proceeds benefitting the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and the Shore AC Development Fund, which supports track & field at all levels.

We will also offer a full schedule of open (age 16+) and masters events including the following: 100, 200, 400, 800, Mile, 100 Hurdles, 110 Hurdles, 2K Steeplechase, 3K Steeplechase, 5K, 4x800 Relay, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Pole Vault, Shot Put, Discus and Hammer Throw. All events will be on Sunday June 22; with the exception of the hammer throw which will be on Saturday afternoon June 21
All events will be FAT with the exception of the 2K Steeplechase, which will be held on Sunday morning prior to the rest of the running events. The 2K Steeplechase is designed for high school or masters athletes looking for an opportunity to run the event. It will be over 30" barriers and will be hand-timed.
The meet will conclude after 7:00 PM with a pro elite 1500, one of several events where prize money and facility records will be on the line. Last year, more than $8,200 was awarded to the top open and masters athletes.
Admission for those who are interested in joining us as spectators is free. We will have concessions on-site.
