All running events will feature the seeded section 1st except

4 x 400 Meter Relay where seeded section will be featured last

Event 1: Hurdles Trials

Event 2: 100m Dash-Trials

Event 3: 1600m Run Final on Time

Event 4: Hurdles Finals

Event 5: 100m Dash Finals

Event 6: 400m Dash Final on Time

Event 7: 4x100m Final on Time

Event 8: 800m Run Final On Time

Event 9: 200m Dash Final on Time

Event 10: 4x400m (Seeded Last) Final On Time

***ONLY ONE RELAY TEAM PER EVENT (4x100 & 4x400) PER SCHOOL CAN SCORE - BOTH CAN PLACE BUT ONLY TEAM POINTS WILL BE AWARDED TO ONE TEAM***

Boys (opening at 4-8) followed by

Girls (opening at 4-4)

Long Jump:

Open Pit until 7:00 pm (Both boys and girls)

Shot Put:

Boys followed by Girls

Seeded flight throws last.
