BASIC MEET PROCEDURE:
Running Events: you must HIGHLIGHT the three athletes actually competing in each running event
on the "Performance lists".
Relays: You must HIGHLIGHT your four relay team members on the "Performance lists". The lists will be available in the clerking area.
If you fail to HIGHLIGHT your athletes, they will be scratched, and the event will not be re-seeded once the
computer people complete the seeding of any given event. If YOU fail to HIGHLIGHT it is on YOU!!!!

Field Events
:  The only event where athletes need to turn in cards is in the pole vault. Athletes in the pole vault must get a card from the officials at the event and it must be returned signed by their coach.  This must be completed before the athletes report to the pole vault.  In the high jump and the shot put athletes just need to report when called.

Finally, coaches will not be able to make changes to their roster, entries, or to their eight relay running event names, after January 23rd. This means that no name changes, or additions will be made at the meet on January 28th, as well!

Enter the maximum number of competitors allowed NOW!  No excuses for COVID, Flu, RSV etc.  double the number of athletes are allowed here on milesplit. That gives you three subs in individual events and 4 subs for the relays. That is more than enough to cover problems with:  illness on the day of the meet, ski trips... etc.
