THIS MEET IS NOW CLOSED TO NEW ENTRIES.
Meet Notes:
- No Blocks in the 200 & 400. Blocks are permitted in both hurdle and relay events.
- 4x200 will be a 2 turn stagger. Leg 3 will cut in.
- We will run 2 heats of the 400 on the track at once. Heat 1 will go followed by the next heat 25-30 seconds later.
- Similarly, the 200 will go off as quickly as possible after the conclusion of the previous heat, approx 10 seconds or less.
Heat Sheets / Check in:
Check in for each event will take place at the starting line of that event.
Heat sheets are available by clicking on the LIVE RESULTS link at the top of the meet page. Please share this with your athletes. They will still be asked to check in so that we can adjust any empty heats if necessary. Heats will go off quickly, so please have your kids ready to run.

Unlimited Entries (2 Relays per event with unlimited entry): $200 Per Gender
Individual Event: $10
Relay Event / Additional Relays: $25 per relay
