(Essex County Schools  - need to email John Schwarz to tell them that they are attending this meet. . Your athletes will use their same numbers for this meet that they used for the SEC Meets!)
All Schools  - You need to download the entry sign it, and send it along with your entry fee to John Tonero.

Frosh. 2 Mile

Sophomore, Junior, Senior..5000 Meters

9:00am Frosh Girls

9:20am Frosh Boys

9:40am Soph Girls

10:00am Soph Boys

10:20am Junior Girls

10:40am Junior Boys

11:00am Senior Girls

11:20am Senior Boys

Entry Fees:

$250 Per School ( Unlimited Entries Boys and Girls)

$125 Per Girls or Boys Team (Unlimited Entries)



$9 Per Individual up to 6 individuals (above that is a minimum of $125 for a boys or girls team)
