Distance Medley (1200, 400, 800, 1600) 

110H, 400H, 1500, 5000 and all field events are varsity only. You can enter 3 athletes in each of these events; however, in the pole vault, there are only 2 entries.

JV/Subvarsity relays (B-Team and C-Team) compete in the 4x200, 4x800 and Sprint Medley
***In all track events, competition is by seed time, not school division. ***
Field Schedule
9:00am Shot Put, Discus, Javelin - Large and Small School combined (all Open Pit)

9:00am High Jump Small Schools and Large Schools combined

9:00am Pole Vault Small Schools and Large Schools combined

9:00am Long Jump Small and Large School combined Open Pit until 11:15 (or until all competitors have finished)

11:30am Triple Jump Open Pit until 1:45 (or until all competitors have finished)

*** No finals in shot put, discus, javelin, long jump and triple jump. ***

*** In Pole Vault and High Jump, each athlete has a total of 6 attempts. ***

*** Pole Vault opening height is 9'0", High Jump opening height is 5'2". ***

Register your entries for the meet on nj.milesplit. Don't forget to download and mail in your entry form with your payment. This is a boys only meet.

IMPORTANT: For the 1500M and 5000M, use 1600M times for 1500M seed times & 3200M times for 5000M seed times (unless the athlete has a 5000M time)



Medals awarded by division (small school and large school). Top 3 finishers in each division receive medals. In subvarsity events. top 3 finishers in the combined subvarsity divisions get medals.

Sanctioned for out-of-state competitors in Delaware, New York and Pennsylvania.

Team entry fee: $425

Individual athlete entry fee: $20/athlete (for teams with limited entries)

i.e. 3 entries in 5000 = $60; 1 4x800 relay = $80
