Meet Information
This meet is a tri-meet scrimmage between the boys and girls teams of Freehold Township High School, Westfield High School, and Manchester Township High School.
Dual Meet order of events: 400h,100m,1600m,400m,100/110h,800m,200m,3200m,4x400
Girls First For All Track Events
All Field events will be contested.
Boys and Girls will jump simultaneously on the same mat. Opening height will be 4 feet in the high jump and 6 feet in the vault for both genders.
Long Jump will be an open pit until the 4x400 relay. Then the Triple Jump begins.

Shot, Disc, Jav (both genders together moving from one event to the next)
