Online Entry Due: Sunday June, 6th (Midnight)
Order of Events:
(Boys followed by Girls in all Running Events unless noted) All running events will feature seeded section 1st except
4 x 400 Meter Relay where seeded section will be featured last

Entries:
A team can enter up to four (4) individuals per event and two (2) teams for each relay.
An athlete can be entered in a total of 4 events; the events must be split between the track and field (3 track & 1 field, 2 track & 2 field or 1 track & 3 field)
Awards to the first six (6) individuals in each event and to the top three (3) relay teams in the 4x100 & 4x400. Plaques will be awarded to the top three (3) teams of each gender.
Scoring is 10-8-6-4-2-1
Seeding will be based on the Times/Marks submitted on-line at: NJmilesplit.com
YOU HAVE TO ENTER YOUR TEAM ONLINE
This is a Championship Meet so please use accurate and verifiable times/marks
. Flagrant mis-seeding of your athletes will result in punitive actions.
Both the On-Line Entry & Seeds are due by June 6th.
