Medals will be awarded to the top 5 in each event

55 Meter Hurdles 11:00 - 11:15 6 heats
800 Meters 11:15 - 11:30 4 heats
400 Meters 11:30 - 11:45 8 heats
200 Meters 11:45 - 12:10 15 heats
1600 Meters 12:10 - 12:30 3 heats
3200 Meters12:30 - 1:00 2 heats
4x400 Relay 1:00 - 1:20 4 heats

Results for the Top 5 in each event will be announced ....results will be online for everyone else - we will have QR codes posted
Meet will be preseeded .....no changes day of the meet
Team must stay together on the infield with their teams
All Athletes must be in a mask until they are warming up , racing , or cooling down .....NO exceptions
Coaches must sign the Covid Guideline forms before teams can compete
Check in area will be at the High Jump area near the starting line....except in the Hurdles and 200...those will be at the start of the event.
Spectators will be allowed.....2 per athlete .....as per the NJSIAA rule....it is encouraged that parents and athletes leave when their event is over.
